Welcome to The Change Collective!

An exclusive brunch series for female leaders in the for-purpose sector to connect, share stories, and celebrate wins. Together, we’re building a collective voice for women driving meaningful change.

In this new session - "Governance with soul: Mastering the Board-Executive dynamic" - we will move beyond the dry world of compliance and 'ticking boxes.' Instead, we’ll explore how to build a partnership of deep trust and shared vision. We’ll discuss how to find your voice in the boardroom, how to manage 'upwards' with integrity, and how to ensure that the 'soul' of your mission remains at the heart of your governance.

Whether you are an aspiring CEO, a seasoned executive, or a Board member yourself, this is a conversation you won't want to miss.

Meet our speakers:

Joining us are Liz Tesone, CEO of Disability Sport & Recreation, who brings a wealth of experience shifting outcomes for people with disabilities while keeping her Board aligned with grassroots impact; Annie Revell, CEO of Knoxbrooke, known for balancing operational excellence with values-aligned governance; and Charlie Spendlove, Group CEO of St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria, who leads three connected entities and brings deep experience navigating complex, multi-tiered governance structures.

What to expect:

A room full of like-minded female leaders within the for purpose sector
A panel of generous speakers
A selection of delicious sweet and savoury pastries, paired with your choice of coffee or tea
A time to connect and feel energised
