Join us at Ngāpeke to learn how nature designs itself, from the wisdom of mātauranga Māori to the gentle work of bumblebees pollinating our gardens.
A Space for Nature day in collaboration with Ngāpeke Permaculture and the NZ Bumblebee Conservation Trust, celebrating sustainable living and the power of pollinators.
Discover how mātauranga Māori permaculture principles can help restore balance with Papatūānuku, nurturing healthy soil, thriving kai, and vibrant ecosystems. There’ll also be fun, hands-on activities for tamariki, including a Bumblebee Trail and making bumblebee hives to put in your backyard, perfect for families wanting to connect with nature and learn together.
