If your mind feels full, your body wired, or you just need a reset — this is for you.

A curated 2 hour wellness immersion combining breathwork, sauna, magnesium plunge, sound, and connection.

Designed to help you switch off, reset your nervous system, and feel clear again — fast.

This experience is built to reset your nervous system, release built-up tension, and reconnect — both internally and with others.

You’ll be guided through a structured sequence:

Breath → Heat → Cold → Rest

Each element works on a different layer of your body and nervous system — helping you gradually downshift, release, and recalibrate.

This isn’t about pushing or performing.
It’s about creating the conditions for your body to naturally reset.

No experience needed. You’ll be guided the entire way.

This experience may not be suitable for those who are pregnant or have certain medical conditions. Please reach out if unsure.

Come as you are.
Leave clear, grounded, and recharged.
