Jon Campbell Band at the Art Guide Bookstore

Saturday 15 August 3-5pm

Please join us at The Art Guide Bookstore for the return of the Jon Campbell Band with support from Ohno’s.

Jon Campbell is a much loved artist and musician who has been practicing since the 1980s. Based in Melbourne, Campbell has been exhibiting paintings and gigging around town for decades. His work reflects his interest in the local; Australiana, and rock n roll. At the core of Jon's musical output is a DIY attitude that celebrates the joy of collaborating with friends.

The Jon Campbell Band have recently released a single At the Park and a cover of the BeeGees 60s classic Massachusetts which you can listen to on Bandcamp.

Kicking off the afternoon will be the debut performance from Ohno’s. Ohno’s are comprised of Sam George, Sophie Di Tempora, Andrew Kershaw, and Jackson McLaren. These artists and musicians were originally brought together by Sam George for a performance at the exhibition ohno again (sad song) held at Kings ARI in 2025. They became friends and have been eating dinner together and singing songs around the table ever since.
