Your ticket gets you a generous assorted smoked meat platter for two. Till extras available to purchase on the day.

Whisky cocktails and other drinks can be purchased over the bar.

Two sessions available:

11.00pm - 4.00pm

5.00pm - 10.00pm

Meat Platter includes:

200g Smoked Brisket, 200g Pulled Pork, Pork Jalapeno & Cheese Sausage, Dr Pepper glazed pork ribs,

Sides:

Pickled Veg, Mac & Cheese, Mississippi BBQ Beans with crushed corn chips and coriander and onion salsa, jalapeno corn bread, Creamy Dill Coleslaw, slices white bread, Smokey BBQ Sauce, Carolina Gold Sauce, Mississippi white sauce

Till extras:

150g Brisket, 150g Pulled Pork, Pork, Jalapeno & Cheese Sausage, Fries, Mac and Cheese

Dessert:

Apple Pie & Chocolate Brownie

1 ticket = a meat platter for 2. i.e. a group of 4 needs 2 tickets
