No artistic experience is needed! This workshop is about enjoying the process rather than creating something "perfect."

Journalling has been shown to support mental wellbeing by helping us organise our thoughts, reduce stress, process emotions, and cultivate gratitude. Creating a journal by hand adds another layer of connection, allowing you to make something uniquely your own that you can continue using long after the workshop.

All materials are provided, and you'll take your handmade journal home with you.
