Discover a guided practice combining meditation, visualisation, journalling, and tarot to connect with your intuition, work with universal energy, and bring your most aligned life into focus.

Learn how a regular journalling practice utilising specific science-backed techniques and prompts can quickly reveal subconscious desires and patterning. Patterns which keep you stuck in loops, whilst others hold the key to your progression and growth.

This two-hour guided workshop is welcome to anyone with a desire to take conscious practical steps towards living in authenticity and abundance.

Guided meditation, journal prompts, tarot card readings, astrological insights, and yogic principles enrich and ground the evening. Manifestation, which can so often either feel too capitalistically driven, or too lofty and unrealistic, is brought to you here in a fun digestible way. You will leave with the tools to continue your manifestation journey at home.

Let's bring the subconscious, conscious, and enhance your precious life!
