Write, Reflect, Connect is an invitation to meet yourself more deeply, experiment with creative self expression and connect with others.

You will be immersed in the interactive installation Nest, Grief, Relief created by Estefania Nurit & Tiarn Florence who will be holding space for you to express throughout the 2-hour workshop.

We will be exploring concepts surrounding grief and human emotions through gentle movement exercises and journalling/creative writing in a safe, nurturing environment that allows you to move through and beyond your pre-existing perceptions.
