A Healing Ceremony With Aubrey Howard

Journey Breathwork is a 2-hour immersive experience that blends somatic breathwork, music, and guided facilitation to support deep emotional release and nervous system healing.

In this workshop, participants will be guided through a conscious connected breathing technique that helps move stagnant energy, regulate the body’s stress response, and access deeper layers of awareness. This style of breathwork works directly with the nervous system, allowing the body to safely process and release stored tension, emotions, and patterns that may be held beneath the surface.

The journey is accompanied by a carefully curated musical arc that supports the emotional and energetic experience—from activation to release to integration. Throughout the session, participants are supported in staying connected to their bodies, building capacity to feel, and cultivating a sense of internal safety and presence.

This experience is ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or seeking a deeper relationship with themselves. No prior breathwork experience is necessary.

Participants can expect to leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more grounded, with practical tools to support nervous system regulation in their daily lives.

Aubrey Howard is a somatic coach and breathwork facilitator specializing in nervous system regulation and embodied healing. Through her work with Spirit Medicine, she guides individuals and groups through breathwork experiences that support emotional release, resilience, and deeper connection to self.
