Breathwork Journey with Lindsay Jackson is a 90-minute immersive experience weaving together somatic breathwork, intentionally curated music, and sound healing to support emotional release, embodied awareness, and a deeper connection with self.

This three-part pranayama-style breathing practice is a form of active meditation that can help quiet the conscious mind and create greater access to the wisdom of the body and subconscious. Through the breath, participants have an opportunity to move held tension and emotion, release stagnant energy, access expanded states of awareness, and meet what is present without needing to process anything cognitively.

We will begin with grounding, intention setting, and gentle movement before transitioning into the active breathwork, which is practiced lying down. A carefully curated musical journey and supportive facilitation will accompany the breath. Each participant will be supported in following their body, moving at their own pace, and going as deeply as they are ready to go.

The session will conclude with a restorative sound bath and spacious integration, allowing the nervous system time to settle and the experience to gently land.

Every breathwork journey is unique. The experience may open space for emotional release, clarity, creativity, self-compassion, or a deeper connection with yourself. The invitation is simply to meet yourself wherever you are. No previous breathwork experience is necessary.
