A weekend for wahine (women) of yoga, breathwork, meditation, nourishing kai (food), scared circles and sisterhood connection set amidst the native bush and bountiful rolling hills of Birdsong Retreat in Wainui, Banks Peninsula

Come play, laugh, wander, plunge into the ocean, sleep, eat, co-create magic and deepen your connection with yourself, others and the whenua (land). There will be plenty of free time for you to just ‘BE’ as well as an abundance of group offerings from three local wahine who work with a variety of healing modalities.
