💗 We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, setting the foundation for deep connection.
🌿💧🔥🌬️ Travel through the four elements—Earth, Water, Fire and Air—through guided visualisation, meeting the essence of each and exploring energies they hold.
🌌 Enter the fifth element—Space/Ether, where profound integration takes place, bringing all elements into balance within your consciousness and body.
🎶 Be immersed in the vibrational medicine of the shamanic medicine drum, rainstick, native flute, chimes, rattles, Tibetan bowls, and crystal quartz sound bowls, each resonating with the essence of an element.
🌀 Experience a deep energetic alignment and activation, leaving you empowered, balanced, and harmonized.
☕ Conclude with sharing, tea, and refreshments, grounding the experience into your being.

What to bring

Everything you need is taken care of for you - yoga mats, blankets, eye pillows, bolsters and pillows are all provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and just bring socks if you'd like extra comfort.
