Welcome to the SPRING Edition of Journey Through The Elements

This workshop will take you on an inner adventure as we breathe and move across 5 potent practices during our time together.

Beginning with Ceremonial Grade Cacao supplied by @wearesacred to open the space and set our intentions for the Journey.

Next we will practice the Aviaero Sequence of Qi Gong corresponding with the Spring season and awakening the Fire within.

Then onto the Air element with Breathwork to activate and synchronise our mind and body.

To then prepare for the Water element - the Ice Bath, which we will enter for 2 minutes as we hold our focus and receive all the physiological benefits (decreased cortisol, increased endorphins, tone the vascular system).

Afterwards we will ground to Mother Earth with Yin Yoga focusing on the organs and meridians linked with Spring, the liver and gall bladder, to improve our flow of energy and revitalise.

Finally finishing with the Spirit element through Sound Healing using the Yidaki or commonly known Didgeridoo and Singing Bowls to bring you deep into relaxation

- Clothes to freely move in

- Swimmers for the ice bath

- Towel

- Warm clothes for after

- Water

- Yoga mat if you have one (there are spare mats at the studio as well)
