3:33 start we will begin with some mingling and creation where we will build a Center alter to move around !

4:44 yoga /stretching ( doors close )

5:05 , opening ceremony, laughter intention setting time ! Cacao ceremony (Silence begins )

5:34 guided meditation and breathing

5:55 the music journey will start 🔥

7:07 the fire will be lit 🔥

8:08 music will slow down move into guided meditation / relaxation

8:33 move into food and chats

What to bring !
Something to lay on and something warm maybe a yoga Matt blanket and pillow for meditation or the wood floor is there if you prefer 🙏🏽!
Optional: some things to add to our centrepiece mandala flowers or things, your own cup for cacao, some nibbles and bits and pieces of food for after to share.
And of course the most important your magical self ready do dance and take a journey into your heart ❤️
