Journey with Spirit is a gentle evening immersion blending restorative breathwork and somatic dance to support your nervous system, soften your body, and guide you into the simple presence of being.
This will feel like a big EXHALE for your system.

Together, we'll explore breath as a doorway to self, a tender exhale that returns us to balance and calm. You'll be guided through:

About your facilitators:
Ceri (soularliving) is an experienced somatic dance facilitator and dance movement therapist-in-training. She will be leading the movement portion of this workshop
Nadia is a SOMA Breath Master Instructor, trained in the Buteyko Method, and a certified Demartini Values Facilitator with over 10 years of experience in the field of personal development and nervous system regulation.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that sustainable transformation begins within the body—specifically, through the breath and the nervous system. Nadia specializes in guiding individuals and groups through immersive experiences that help release chronic stress, restore inner balance, and build emotional resilience.
Combining breath science, rhythm, and self-awareness practices, Nadia creates spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, interrupt patterns of overwhelm, and cultivate a deeper sense of clarity and calm. Her sessions offer a grounded, accessible approach to nervous system regulation—empowering participants to shift from reactive states into responsive, empowered living.
Drawing on her training in the Demartini Values process, Nadia also supports people in aligning their lives with what truly matters to them. This alignment fosters not just temporary relief from stress, but long-term emotional and mental well-being.
