Your host, Suzy Beaumont, from Change Your World Events Ltd is delighted to welcome Kate & Lainey, founders of Ishka, for their new Journey Within experience at the Change Your World Wellness Centre.

Following the incredible response to our first Drum Journey & Sound Bath with Ishka, we've listened to your feedback and offer an even deeper, more extended experience.

Many participants told us they didn't want the journey to end, so we've extended the session to a full two hours, allowing more time to settle, journey, restore and simply be.

This expanded experience includes a beautifully guided meditation, an extended drum journey and a deeply restorative sound immersion, creating space to completely switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you're seeking rest, clarity, emotional balance or simply a peaceful pause from the demands of everyday life, Journey Within offers a safe, supportive and unforgettable experience.

What to expect

Over two nourishing hours you will experience:

🌿 A gentle guided meditation to help settle the mind and relax the body
🥁 An immersive drum journey using ancient rhythmic drumming and singing to encourage deep relaxation, inner exploration and connection
🎶 A restorative sound immersion featuring singing bowls, gong, chimes, bells, voice and other carefully selected instruments
💛 Quiet integration time before returning gently to the present

Every person's experience is unique.

Some people journey through beautiful inner landscapes, nature or the cosmos. Others experience clarity, emotional release, inspiration or a deeper connection with themselves. Many simply experience profound rest and relaxation.

What to bring - Everything is provided for your comfort, including:

Yoga mats
Blankets
Pillows
Eye masks

Comfortable clothing

Additional blankets if you prefer to use your own or like to be extra cosy
