Prepare to lay back, close your eyes, breathe, and dive into inner exploration!

You will be guided by Ad through an adventurous breakthrough breathwork journey using silent headphones.

With external noise canceled out, you'll be in a world of your own—safe and free to express however your mind-body system feels called.

Whether you’ve never experienced breathwork before or wish to deepen your practice, this event will guide you on a path of transformational healing and growth.

This immersive workshop will last for 2 hours, with the breathwork lasting up to 90 minutes. As healing vibrations flow through your body, you will also be guided with tools to relieve any pain or discomfort, empowering you to recognize that you are your own healer!

Please Note: This event is not suitable for anyone who is highly medicated, under 18, pregnant, suffers from bipolar disorder or other psychological concerns, or has recently been hospitalized.

Please Remember:

Avoid caffeine on the day of the event.
Strictly no drugs or alcohol 24 hours prior to the event.
Eat a light meal an hour before.
Dress comfortably.
Bring a yoga mat.
Bring a pillow and a comfy blanket.
Bring water.
Bring a journal and pen.
