Begin this transformative workshop with a heart-opening Ceremonial Cacao to deepen your connection and open your heart. followed by a deep guided breakthrough breathwork experience, using silent headphones to fully immerse yourself in a profound and personal journey within.

With external distractions removed, you'll enter a space where you can freely connect with your body and emotions—safe and supported. Whether you're new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, this session will lead you through profound healing, growth, and self-discovery.

This 2-hour immersive experience includes up to 90 minutes of breathwork. You'll also receive tools to help release discomfort and pain, empowering you to recognize that you are your own healer.

This event is not suitable for anyone who is highly medicated, under 18, pregnant, suffers from bipolar disorder or other psychological concerns, or has recently been hospitalized.
