Join Ad for a transformative adventure! This immersive experience features a breakthrough breathwork journey enhanced with silent headphones, allowing you to fully disconnect from external noise and connect deeply with your inner self.

Whether you’re new to breathwork or seeking to deepen your practice, this event will guide you through transformational healing and growth.
The workshop will last 2 hours, with up to 90 minutes dedicated to the breath. You'll be supported with tools to relieve pain and discomfort, empowering you to recognise and embody that you are your own healer.

Please Note: This event is not suitable for anyone who is highly medicated, under 18, pregnant, suffers from bipolar disorder or other psychological concerns, or has recently been hospitalized.

Please Remember:

• Avoid caffeine on the day of the event.
• Strictly no drugs or alcohol 24 hours prior to the event.
• Eat a light meal an hour before.
• Dress comfortably.
• Bring a yoga mat.
• Bring a pillow and a comfy blanket.
• Bring water.
• Bring a journal and pen.
• Bring your authentic self.
