Journeying to Deep Rest Afternoon Mini Retreat
Description
Journeying to Deep Rest
A gentle circle for rest, connection and renewal
As life moves through seasons of change, we all need a place to pause.
Journeying to Deep Rest is a heart-centred afternoon gathering. A quiet, welcoming space to soften, slow down, and reconnect with yourself.
Together we create a shelter from the noise of daily life: a space for stillness, reflection, and harmony. A place to remember what steadies you.
Guided by gentle movement, deep rest practices, and the soothing resonance of sound healing, you’ll be invited to settle into ease and presence.
Through a combination of:
• Welcome circle and shared reflection
• Gentle, mindful movement
• Restorative practices and Yoga Nidra (guided rest)
• An immersive sound journey and group toning
As the body softens, the mind quietens and the heart begins to open.
You’ll be invited to rest deeply, restore your energy, and return home to yourself, held in warm community and guided with care.
We’ll close with tea and refreshments to ground and nourish.
All are welcome. No experience needed
