Join Ramon from Spirit Trails for this exciting new monthly gathering centred on spiritual discussion and meditation. These sessions will let you discuss, explore and meditate on the many and varied aspects of the spiritual journey. Whether you are taking your first steps on the spiritual path or are a seasoned traveller, Journeys with Spirit will help you gain insight, understanding and direction into your spiritual self.

In this second session 'How to Meditate in a Busy World', Ramon will guide you through a discussion and practice of some of the many and varied meditation methods. Deep Muscle Relaxation meditation, Movement meditation, Breath work, Mindfulness, Creative Visualisation and Concentrative Meditation all provide different methods for us to quieten our mind and find inner stillness. You will learn about the many health benefits of meditation and practical ways to incorporate meditation into your everyday life.

Ramon is looking forward to guiding you through these Journeys with Spirit.

Please bring a bottle of water and, if needed, any cushions or blankets that will keep you comfortable throughout the session. If you wish to lie down during the meditations, please bring a yoga mat. Feel free to bring a note pad or journal if you wish to take notes or journal your meditation experiences.

Venue doors will open 20 minutes prior to the published start time and close upon commencement.
