Jamie’s Joyful Jams - May offering

Join me as I meld my favourite healing modalities into an explorative, playful and self-reflective silly session.

In our 75 minutes together we move and groove around modalities such as movement/dance, Laughing Yoga, NLP, Improvisation, Sound Healing, Meditation and more.

I have designed this program as a way to experience joy through our whole being - No matter what state of mind you’re in.

These practical exercises also give you self-confidence, knowing that you can bring joy and playfulness into your daily life within a moment.

About Jamie

A facilitator of joy through play, movement and laughter. Jamie's sunny disposition and positive out look has been the guiding light through some tough times.

His deep personal experience through depression, anxiety, insomnia, multiple addictions, anger and body dysmorphia have fuelled his plight to return to his truest beginnings - Playfulness.

Although he has surfaced above these challenges the hard way, he believes we can transcend the dark nights of our souls through playfulness and presence. 'Go light, stay nimble and nothing will attach to you - It's your game anyways, make your own rules'
