The 6 week Joyful Parenting Course will transform your experience of parenting even the most untamed, spirited and quirky children into a relaxed, joyful flow. This course not about changing or fixing your child, it's about uplifting, empowering and liberating YOU.

The Joyful Parenting Course will teach you the conscious parenting skills that will solve your family problems and transform your relationships.

Based on the book "Joyful Parenting" and insights from raising my two sons through to adulthood, this course is grounded in real life experience and tackles the most challenging issues head-on.

We will talk about screen time, meltdowns, food issues, dealing with anger, teenage rebellion, anxiety, swearing and more. This course will help you no matter what diagnosis you or your child may have, no matter what age they are or where they are placed in their educational journey.

The NEW LIVE Joyful Parenting Course will be an inclusive, respectful, safe and confidential space in which to connect and share your journey with others on a conscious parenting path.

This practical course shows you how to:
• Connect with the inner calm and wisdom of Presence, even in the most challenging moments.
• Use easy, quick practices that will transform the way you communicate with your child.
• Dissolve old habits and beliefs that bring stress into your relationships.
• Banish anxiety and struggle and relax into the joyful flow of life.
• Use play to build closeness and connection.
