🎨 Unlocking Creativity, Nurturing Resilience, and Embracing Gratitude 🌈
"Mindful Mondays" is designed to help children understand and manage their emotions while cultivating an attitude of gratitude. Our Mindful Monday’s program harnesses the power of art to foster emotional well-being. Through self-expression in activities like drawing, painting, and sculpting, children find a unique outlet to articulate and process their emotions, express gratitude and think with a growth mindset.

🎭 What to Expect
Every week, your child will embark a variety of hands-on art activities. From painting and sculpting to drawing, construction, and printing, each session will be a canvas for self-expression and creativity.
Club runs from Week Two of Term Three and ends Week Eight of Term Four.
