Ju’s Ceramic Studio for kids ( year 3 to 6 ) at Bold Park

About the Class: This fun and educational workshop brings kids back to the present, working with their hands and expressing creativity through hands-on clay building. Hand building boosts creativity and self-expression, develops fine motor skills, while promoting calmness and focus in a fun and self paced environment. It's the perfect balance for the digital age.

About the teacher: Juliana Fraser is a Perth based Brazilian ceramic artist whose lifelong love of creating with her hands has grown into her artistic career. Drawing on her rich cultural experiences, from growing up in Brazil and Portugal to travelling the world as a flight attendant, Juliana brings a playful curiosity and love of nature to her hand built, organic clay forms. After studying design in Lisbon and London and refining her ceramics skills through local courses at Fremantle Arts Centre, Perth Studio Potters and TAFE, she now focuses on inspiring others through her passion for clay, creativity and the natural world.
