30 years on from the famous Live at Blues Alley recordings, Julie Walter & band revisit songs from the only recording released during Eva Cassidy's lifetime.

This 5-piece ensemble pays homage to Eva through her unique interpretations, exploring her work in the genres of jazz, soul, and blues, with her posthumously revered & unmistakable emotion.

Julie fell in love with Eva Cassidy in January 2001, from the moment she first heard her voice. As the world was starting to recognise Eva's brilliance, Julie was searching for everything she could find with Eva's name on it.

Eva's dynamic interpretations, refusal to be pidgeon-holed by the music industry, and musical vulnerability have made her a mainstay on Julie's favourites list for over 25 years.

The evening's performance comprises many of Eva's song interpretations from Live at Blues Alley (released May 1996), the complete live recording from Blues Alley Nightbird (released 2015), and a sprinkling of other complimentary choices.
