Sound travels to each cell of the body and based on the principles of entrainment, specific rhythms and frequencies can influence one's breathing, heart rate and brainwave state.

Harmonise your breath through an immersive Sound Healing journey, where you'll be guided by local Breathwork Instructors, Nathan and Raechelle and experience the potential that lies within your breath.

Surrender into the stillness and the sensations of a whole-body breathwork experience.

You'll be led from breath to breath, rhythm to rhythm and travel into the depths and core of your being.

You will experience a dynamic practice in building up your energy, discharging stored tension, emotions and stress and enter a deep state of relaxation.
