July is the time of the year to STOP and RETREAT

It's not the time to be taking on any new projects or begin anything new, its time to retreat, reflect and relax.

Join Simone Michelle for an afternoon to slow down and surrender to the energies of July.

This is a chance for you to relax and to give yourself some much needed time to release tension and to bring yourself into a calm state of mind. It is in this state of mind that you can do your best healing. The duration of the monthly workshops will consist of a monthly theme, teaching, gentle flow/restorative yoga and guided meditation and relaxation, just think 2 HOURS FOR BLISS!

Things to know and what to bring
~ Please ensure you wear something comfortable and suitable for yoga and meditation
~ Yoga mat and cushion
~ Light blanket or throw for meditation
~ Water bottle advised

Bolsters for use but ask if you please bring a towel or wrap to place over, thank you.
