Unlock your body’s innate capacity to soothe, relax and heal itself through rebirthing breathwork and vocal sound healing. During the session, you will be guided into a conscious connected breathwork cycle that will allow your body to access the physical, emotional or soul level release it needs. While you are breathing, your body will receive the powerful vibrations of vocal sound healing alongside instruments including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and shamanic drum.

Rebirthing Breathwork is a fantastic practice alone, but in a group there’s an entirely different energy. Everyone arrives together, checks in together, breathes together, emerges together and integrates together… magic! When combined with sound healing, the benefits are amplified.

In a Rebirthing Breathwork session we replicate the breathing rhythm of a new-born baby, which is a gentle connected breathing rhythm designed to calm the nervous system. Rebirthing Breathwork can sometimes feel relaxing; at other times it may feel invigorating or uncomfortable, as the body uncovers and releases stuck energy, long-held patterns and physical and emotional pain. Rebirthing Breathwork sessions are conducted with a focus on gentleness and surrender rather than on pushing or forcing.

Throughout the session you will be held and supported by Jo, an experienced Intuitive Guide, Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner and Vocal Channel who holds a non-judgmental and compassionate space for relaxation and transformation. Jo is currently undergoing a year-long training to increase her capacity to support people with mental health challenges and trauma.

This group Rebirthing Breathwork session will run for 2 hours. You will receive an introduction to Rebirthing Breathwork, an overview of what you may experience during the session, and have the opportunity to ask questions before the breathwork and sound healing begins.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, water bottle and anything else that will keep you warm and comfortable. Wear warm, comfortable clothing (layers recommended). You will be sitting/lying on the floor to breathe.

The session will be held at Kallista Mechanics Hall. Doors will open 15 mins before the session begins, please arrive early so you can set up in time to commence the session at 3pm. We'll have a short time after the session to connect, so if you'd like hang around for a chat with me or the group please do so!
