Join us in a nurturing and creative space for our final Wellness & Wellbeing Circles, welcoming both men and women to explore gentle and powerful practices that reconnect you to your centre. 

This event is open to teens aged 15+ with parental permission required to attend.

Enjoy a 90-minute session designed to help you slow down, tune in, and awaken your creative spark — all while surrounded by stunning artwork and lush forest surrounds at our Brookwater gallery. Please arrive by 6.15pm.

Facilitated by Co-Founder Marie Ferguson, an Advanced Breathwork Facilitator and Global Platform Speaker with a Masters in Education, along with Advanced Breathwork Facilitator, Psychic Medium, Energy and Sound Healer, Rachael Redfern. With decades of experience guiding people of all ages through the transformative power of breath and body, Marie and Rachael holds space for connection, creativity and deep inner awareness.
