As winter invites us inward, we’ll embrace the season’s quiet wisdom and remember that rest is not something we must earn - it is our right.

We know that life is full, and the world asks a lot of you. This circle is an invitation to pause - to lay it all down, even for just a little while, and return to yourself.

This month, we gather in circle to honour the stillness within and around us. Together, we’ll create a safe and supported space to slow down and reconnect with the part of you that knows how to soften and receive.

Layers in case it gets cool

An altar item is an object of personal significance to place on our circle altar. This item will represent your energy, witness your experience, and connect the energy of home with our circle. At the end of the gathering, you'll take it back with you, carrying the blessings of the space. This may be a photograph, letter, trinket, jewellery, crystal, book or any other object to which you feel connected.

Please take a moment to become familiar with our Agreements for Circle. By sitting in circle, we as a group acknowledge and accept the agreements which keep our space sacred and safe. We will review these in each circle.

There is plenty of parking available at the Old School House (242 Belair Road, Lower Mitcham). Please enter the hall at the rear of the building, entry via Grange Road. We aim for a 7pm start so that we respect the timeframe of the circle, please aim to arrive 5 minutes early.

By allowing ourselves grace and the opportunity to rest deeply, we create a space for growth, peace, and deeper connection.
