July Women's Circle - With Amelia from Ikigai Empowerment

Amelia from Ikigai Empowerment has created an exclusive event for you to transition into the winter weather, let go of anything holding you back & recharge your mind, body and soul in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Magic is activated when women come together. It doesn’t matter about our age, life experience, shape or size. Sharing stories, holding space, and a passing down of wisdom, there is nothing more healing than being in a group of honest women that truly see and accept you. Once you come to one of these spaces you will wonder how you lived without it! 

As it will be during the WINTER season this will be our theme and we will reflect on the effects different seasons have on us mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Door open @ 2:15pm for a 2:30pm start

This Women's Circle will include:

-A Heart Opening Cocoa Ceremony & Intention Setting

-Connection

-Dancing

-Journaling

-Meditation with sound healing

-Group sharing circle with oracle cards

WHAT TO BRING?

-a yoga matt

-your journal

-a drink bottle

-a blanket/ pillow (optional)

-wear warm comfy clothes

This is a space for you to feel deeply held, feel safe to open up and BE seen in your most true, authentic and vulnerable way.

Try something new and outside your comfort zone. Invest in your spiritual and emotional well-being.
