July Wyndham Active Holidays - Family Spartan Obstacle Course Training (4 years to adult)

Come and learn how to tackle the Spartan Obstacle course!
60 minute Spartan workout session for kids & adults – complete 6 zones of activities, getting stronger and getting a taste of the Spartan obstacles, ready for the Spartan Obstacle Race on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 August at Werribee Racecourse!
Please register kids and adults.

Please bring:
a drink bottle with water
wear comfortable clothing you can be active in
Trainers (this is a Come and Try session, so no specific gear is needed)

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
