Bring with you: towel, water, bathers for sauna + pools afterwards, wear comfy yoga clothing, own mat if have one

Kimberly has been teaching yoga since 2014 and also has a doctorate in chiropractic from Canada.
As such, she is very passionate about the vast healing benefits of optimal movement and finds purpose sharing this knowledge.

Kimberly has experience teaching yoga with the Australian Defence Force, creating her own beginners yoga programs and teaching at various studios, gyms, festivals and outdoor events throughout Queensland.

This workshop is for all levels (first timers welcome!) and will include breathwork, dynamic and fun vinyasa flows, deep stretching and soothing yin poses and blissful meditation. Lavender eye pillows are available for use, as well as mats if needed. Following the mind-body reset and relaxation, we will head to the Hot & Cold Magnesium Pools to further benefit our recovery!
