One-day retreat with Lama Laskhey Zangpo

In-person at Dhumatala Temple, Pt. Richmond.

Our human body has many levels from coarse to subtle. Our negative mental and karmic patterns are often stored in our subtle body. These energetic blockages are called the “knots of the channels.” They can be undone by yogic techniques taught in Tibetan Buddhism. In this one-day, in-person retreat at Dhumatala Temple, Lama Lakshey Zangpo Rinpoche will teach such practices based on the Nyingma tradition.

How to Participate

Advance registration is required for this in-person retreat. To register, click the "Register" box (in the upper right of this page on a computer). On the screen that opens, enter the number 1 in the window next to Retreat Registration and the amount you can offer.
Registration closes on Friday, July 11 at 9:30 am PST.

This retreat will not be recorded nor broadcast on Zoom.

Dana ( Financial gift)

There will be a chance to offer dana, a financial gift in gratitude to the teacher, at the end of the retreat.

Karma Yoga
This retreat would not be possible without the altruistic action of volunteers who organize and uplift the retreat space for everyone attending. After registering, please sign up for daily tasks, whether it’s setting up the hall, cleaning bathrooms, or breaking down the hall at the end of the retreat. Your generosity will support the transmission of precious teachings by creating a harmonious practice container. Thank you!

Heath Considerations

We ask that anyone who is not feeling well or has any recent symptoms of illness prior to the event – or who has been in close contact with anyone who does – not attend in-person. If you are no longer able to attend in-person, please know that we are NOT offering livestreaming for this event, but we can offer a refund until one day before the retreat begins. Please let us know by emailing us at register.dharmata@gmail.com and we will be happy to refund your ticket. If you can, let us know as far in advance as possible so that we may offer your seat to someone else.
