Jumpstart your Journey - Tiny Bites!
Description
Interested in living in a tiny home?
You likely have a long list of points to research - we did too! We created our Jumpstart your Journey program to help others sort through important considerations when going tiny including...
Material selection, layout considerations considerations and design technology options
Legal aspects of living tiny - structural and placement options, codes, and zoning
Project planning and budgeting
Technical considerations for systems design
Safety, security, and insurance.
We usually offer this information in a 6 week long program, but we're inviting you to join us for the abridged version of our program - Jumpstart Your Journey Tiny Bites! You will hear from a panel of knowledgeable community members who will share their highlights from each of the above considerations. Each presenter will have 10 minutes to share, followed by 5 minutes for questions, and then on to the next consideration!
After our panel discussions with Q&A, we invite you to join us for an optional 1.5 hour easy going hike around Kenneth Hahn State Park. This allows you to better connect with others who have similar interests as you, and is another opportunity to have your questions answered as well as share your own research and ideas!
On December 18th, join us for a fun and engagement afternoon with the LATCH Collective community!
