Wine Gathering is our monthly celebration of community, thoughtful food, and distinctive wines at Windy Hill Farm and Preserve. Each evening centers on a specific wine-making style and is paired with a chef-driven set menu designed to complement and elevate every glass.

June 10 | Champagne & Chicken

Held at the Farmhouse, this gathering explores the traditional method of sparkling wine production. Through secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended time on the lees, these wines develop fine bubbles, structure, and depth. The evening highlights the craftsmanship behind classic sparkling styles. Paired with a four-course menu from Wilder featuring a refined take on fried chicken, Champagne & Chicken celebrates the balance of elegance and comfort at the height of early summer.
