Event description

Sound healing & meditation circle at The Healing Room.

Every Tuesday's from 6.30-8pm.

Join Kristen & Michelle at Jo's Herbadashery as they guide you into a deep relaxation, and energetic release through meditation singing bowl and crystal frequencies. 

We provide yoga mats and cushions so please bring a blanket for extra warmth.
