A few days before the Winter Solstice (happening on June 21st in the Southern Hemisphere - Australia), we will anchor the power of our foundations: our roots, our sense of safety, and the sacred connection between matter and spirit. This anchoring will be aligned with expansion, the exploration of the new and the infinite, and the world in its plural essence.

This is a potent time to activate our capacity for manifestation, assertive action, and soulful boldness. Astrologically, we will be supported by planetary movements that expand our material realm, creativity, and the harvest of seeds we have previously planted - now ready to move and flourish.

THE TIMELINE OF THE EXPERIENCE

We begin with a Cacao Ceremony to open the heart and set clear intentions. Each participant will be guided to create their own personal cacao alchemy, enriched with spices and aligned with their inner purpose.

We then move into a Dynamic Apnea Breathwork & Movement Practice to release stagnant energy and restore the body’s natural flow.

Next, we experience a Family Constellation session, where we will harmonize our energy field by working with a theme that arises from the group. This process brings deep clarity and healing across various areas of life — with participants often feeling tangible energetic shifts. To close, we offer a Guided Relaxation to gently integrate the entire journey and align with the energies of renewal and new beginnings.
