  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Welcome to meetings for 2024, where we can connect and share with the amazing women of the Nambucca Valley. Our next meeting will be held at Hot Myrtle Kitchen, Grassy Head. With winter on our door step, come and enjoy some great food and networking in front of the fire.

Guest Speaker for our event is: Debbie Green, Debbie lives with her husband and 4 kids on their cattle farm at Taylors arm. She is a self taught Sourdough Baker and prides herself on high quality local organic ingredients and minimal packaging, all hand delivered directly with a smile. Sourdough has given Debbie the creative outlet to enjoy as well as a bit of nerdy science mixed in. She works with a living breathing product called a “starter” and her job is to inject a bit of time management, energy as well as some fancy handiwork to create a magical loaf with only 3 ingredients: flour, water and salt. The result is a loaf of bread which explodes with taste, health and happiness! Using a wild captured yeast means she has a unique jar of active microbes that is a signature representing herself and her home. Even when I share “Flora” she adapts to her new home and the natural yeasts that are a part of our environment - and best of all, you will have your own Signature loaves. Mind blowing! Debbie loves to share - knowledge, starter or just a smile, and is very much looking forward to sharing with the Nambucca Valley Women’s Business Network at our June meeting. Pan seared fish fillet, roasted red capsicum risotto, wild rocket, chilli lime butter (GF)

Lemon myrtle fettucine, king prawns, creamy saffron tomato sauce,
shaved manchego (VO)

Local burrawong half duck, basmati rice, macadamia satay sauce
