We begin with a Cacao Ceremony to open the heart and set clear intentions, where each participant will be guided to create their own personal cacao alchemy, enriched with spices and their individual intentions. Then, we move into a Dynamic Apnea Breathwork & Movement Practice to release stagnant energy and restore natural flow.

We continue with a Pineal Tones Sound Activation, stimulating intuition and accessing deeper states of inner clarity. To close, we share a New Moon Talk & Guided Relaxation to integrate the journey and align with the energy of new beginnings. This is a unique and integrative experience designed to awaken our senses and reconnect us with the coherence of the heart and the clarity of intuition—through movement, breath, sound, pineal resonance, and the sacred medicine of cacao.
