We will use ceremony and traditional Shamanic rituals to move beyond the mind and into the heart.

The 21st is a big day as Jupiter turns into retrograde, and the Sun moves into cancer which signals a new season and Solstice, its a yummy day of ritual, connection, intuition and getting in touch with your self.

We seed new intentions in the new moon and then we surrender what no longer serves under the Full Moon. We will be able to integrate both of these elements as we dive into the unknown and just observe what comes up as we sit together in circle and ceremony.
