I will be guiding a 9-day Cellular Purification Protocol starting on Monday 27.06.22 and ending on the 5.07.22

This is a very specific protocol to purify your body at a cellular level in order to increase the frequency of your electric body, reset your metabolism, strengthen your immunity and access a higher frequency in consciousness, allowing you to access and activate dormant technology within.

We will trigger cell Autophagy- This is a normal cellular process that is key in preventing diseases such as cancer, loss of brain function, heart disease, diabetes, liver disease and infections.

The fasting protocol is a 2–5-2

2-day preparation detox program

5-day Electrolyte Water Fasting program (*Electrolyte fasting uses water with the addition of some key electrolytes. Potassium, sodium and magnesium. Fasts are quite easy to maintain)

2-day re-introduction to the food program

This can be tailored according to each peoples needs to a 1-7-1 program for more experienced fasters

or a 3-3-3 program for beginners

I will be guiding you and supporting you through the process with specific dietary plan before and after the fast, will provide breathing techniques , and key exercises, to build stamina and strength through this powerful purification.

I would rate the 9-day Cellular Regeneration Guided Fast, led by Miri Naad of SPANDA, as one of the top five life-changing events of my adult life so far.
I am so grateful for your encouragement to go ahead, Miri, as I had so much resistance to begin. And, at the same time, I knew something needed to shift within me, as I had reached a plateau in my life, and in my healing work, and was feeling a lot of stuckness energetically.
The entire process of the fast was incredible - it took me really deep. So much clearing, purging, and ultimately, healing, on all levels - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
