June Meditation with Reiki and Sound

Come join me and a group of like minded souls seeking relaxation, recalibration and rejuvenation in a 60 minute event that will include meditation, reiki and sound.

All adults are welcome to this event. 
I will use embodiment techniques to help you drop into your body, connect to self and explore all that your mind, body and soul needs. 

Event is held the first Friday of every month at 6pm at The Zen Den North Lakes
