MEditations is a unique new incarnation of guided meditation (which gently moves you through transforming limiting beliefs and human perceptions - to connect you deeper and deeper in to your intuitive self) , followed by the soothing sounds of crystal sound bowls, chimes and chants to wrap around your whole experience.

MEditations has been created through Stef's double-decade long journey of training, healing and development with energy healing, guided inner work, sound frequency and a spiritual Subconscious belief transformation process called PSYCH-K. PSYCH-K is aset of processes which allow high-speed change at the Subconscious mind level. It assists in 're-wiring' brainwaves and patterns into self-supportive experience.

It's simple, it's gentle, it's high-speed, and it's aimed at being very peaceful to experience.

This monthly event series is aimed at assisting you to move ALL limitations aside, and get you back in tune with you inner knowing ( with the hope that you'll remain in tune on a daily basis regardless of what is happening in the outside world)
