We find it when we reconnect to the wisdom of the body - to the subtle cues, the sensations, the grounded knowing that lives beneath the noise.

This women’s circle is a sacred space to do exactly that.

To drop back into your body, To soften the mental chatter, and to blend the wisdom of head and heart into something deeply whole.

You’ll be guided through gentle but powerful embodiment practices, designed to help you feel safe, grounded, and free inside your body.

You’ll move your body in ways that connect, expand, and activate with reverence, presence, and freedom.

We’ll explore expression and release, allowing you to move through anything you’ve been holding onto emotionally, energetically, or physically.

You’ll be held through a gorgeous guided process that’s designed to help you remember who you are at your core. This part is so special it’s a journey of reconnection that supports you to feel seen, supported, and whole.

The night will end with a beautiful feminine embodiment practice, anchoring everything you’ve experienced into your system and giving you soft but powerful home reinforcements to carry into the week ahead.
