Thank you for taking the courageous step into voice of the heart! Our June voice journey collaboration. We are developing some themes around connecting with the heart and allowing the sound to flow! We very much look forward to welcoming you to the space, where we will experience sound and song through group singing, harmony, call/response, improvisation, sounding, deep listening and collaborative explorations. We have both experienced the feeling of not being able to sing.. of our own inner and sometimes also outer 'judgments' or ideas on what our voices sound like and if we can sing.. or if we should sing.. Singing is your birthright! Your voice is an important tool for communicating on so many levels and singing is just one of them. We have also experienced the gold of 'feeling the fear and doing it anyway', the growth and expansion, the view from the top of the mountain. We would like to take you on a journey to help you unfurl and be inspired and be brave. To tap into your true voice within, easily, in a co-creative group setting, where we facilitate and you choose the level thats true for you, knowing you are fully safe and supported to be who you really are and let your light shine.

TIMES:

Arrival time: From 6pm to find your space and settle in

Start time: 6:30pm drop in. Please enter quietly if you arrive after this time

Finish time: 8:30pm. Except Week 4, where we will finish at 9pm to allow extra time for reflection

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

We will provide a tea and fresh water station

Take home exercises

WHAT TO BRING:

Your favourite mug/cup for drinking tea

Warm blanket/jacket

Yoga mat or something for comfortable floor sitting (chairs available if needed)

Water to drink (we will have a bottle you can refill from too)

Snack for grounding after we finish (if desired)
