June 10-14 Weekday Kundalini with Stephanie

Commit to a morning practice to set the stage for the best day possible.  Stephanie Welch has teamed up with Abby Spotskey to provide the foundation of a morning Sadhana. 

Week 2 of June's weekday Sadhana (June 10-14) will be a 30-minute Kundalini Krya led by Stephanie Welch to energize you as you start your day. **IMPORTANT NOTE**  Wednesday, June 12, class will be at 7:30am or you can maintain your 6:30am class time by accessing the recording of the Krya I will provide to all those registered for the full week. If you'd like to meet me in Wheeler Park to practice outdoors with me for Wednesday morning, please do join me!

Gathering via the online format allows us to come together as a community yet no need to even change out of your pajamas!  Set up your home yoga studio with a mat, blanket, and a couple of blocks. Always modify or use props as your body needs! I recommend a meditation cushion, blanket, or appropriate bolster to prop your hips while seated so that they are at least as high if not slightly higher than your knees. This will allow you to access a straight spine without over-efforting.

Abby will host Weeks 1 & (partial) 3 of June and has a separate registration located here.
