Dear Sisters,

I am delighted to announce the next Womb Yoga Women's Circle coming up on the 25th of June just after the winter solstice.

Please join me at the Tree House in Springwood 9am - 10:45/11am. The hearth fire will be lit!

We will be using our time together to drop into the body, inviting a gentle yet profound unfolding of the womb and the heart.

There will be practices tailored towards deep nourishment to support our bodies, minds and spirits as well as energising exercises to keep the blood flowing.

Mostly, it is a time for you to connect with your own inner teacher and feel supported in the space with sisters.

Womb yoga is the term for yoga that nourishes every aspect of our lives as women, whether we have a womb, or not, whether we menstruate, or not, and whether we are mothers, maidens, magas or crones! Womb yoga enables us to re-connect joyfully with naturally arising inner wisdom, insight and vitality. It is both delicious and profoundly nourishing. It is healing and vitalising. To practice Womb Yoga is to honour and embrace the original blood wisdom of your womb, or womb space energies, as the source of feminine intuition, connection, creativity and nurture.

We will spend 1.5 - 2 hours journeying softly inwards toward the heart and womb. The intention of this class is to provide nourishment and rejuvenation, to connection with sisters and to connect to your our own inner teacher. Each class will start will a sharing circle and include asana, mantra and on some weeks, dance.

I will be offering this as a monthly class so I encourage you to continue coming along so you can deepen into the practice.
