 🥀Begin to feel the transition of death as another aspect of life that can be celebrated and seen with love in our hearts.

 🥀Enjoy a Ceremony of Death and Rebirth - honouring who or what was lost, honouring your own process of AWAKENING that occurs through any experience of ending whether it's of life, a relationship, a pet, an end to self-abuse... Leave our retreat lighter and full of joy ...

Joan - Farm tour/Labyrinth Contemplative Walk

5:30pm - Dinner (BYO)

7:00pm - Joan facilitating: Wise Woman Within You Circle for connection & sharing in the Hearth Room


🌹Saturday

8:00am - 9:00am - Utama: Practices of Yoga, including Pranayama, Meditation and the deep healing in the Hearth Room 

9:00am - Breakfast (BYO)

10:00am - 1:00pm - Margaret: Dream Walking in the Hearth Room

*First part - 10:00am -11:00am 

*Morning tea - 11:00am -11.30am  (20-30min)

*Second part - 11:30am - 12:30pm

*Integration - 12:30pm -1:00pm

2:00pm - 5:00pm - Deb: Hearth Room

9:30 am Breakfast (BYO)

10:30am - 11:15am - Utama: Outside - Walking meditation and time in nature

11:30am - 12:00pm - Utama: The deep healing/transformative Yoga Nidra in the Luna Tent

12:00pm LUNCH (BYO)

1:00pm - 4:00pm - Mary: Luna Tent

4:00pm Short break 

4:15pm - 5:00pm - Joan: Circle/Closing (with grazing platter) in the Hearth Room
