Hi and thanks for registering for the AI workshop. Here's the info you need and the prep work that's required so you get the most out of this.

We're meeting here, 1:00pm - 5:00pm:

We'll start at 1:00pm, so please arrive before that to get ready.

To ensure you leave the 4-hour, hands-on AI workshop with finished work you can actually use, not just ideas or demos, there's some easy prep work to do. We’re going to work on your real business, using your real wording, your real competitors, and your real leads.

Please bring everything below saved on your laptop or tablet and easy to copy and paste.

1) A voice recording of a recent event

Make an .mp3 recording of a recent wedding or event. Just tell the story as if you were relating it to someone:

What kind of event
Who was it for (couple's first names or client)
Where was it (venue, location)
What was fun or memorable about it
What other vendors were there that you'd want to mention
Save it to the laptop you're going to be using at the workshop

2) Your reviews

• As many of your own reviews as possible, the more the better to get the best results. At least 20 reviews, but more is better.

• Put them in a Word Doc. If you use Google Docs or Pages, you can export to Word.

• Copy and Paste the text, not screenshots. Be sure to click “read more” to get all of the text.

• If you have reviews on multiple platforms (Google, TheKnot, WeddingWire, etc.), combine them into one document

• Don’t worry about formatting, or if there are photos or icons.

• And don’t worry if there are less than great ones in there, we can ignore them in the analysis.

3) Your competitors

• Think about 2 or 3 competitors couples actually mention

• Gather at least a dozen reviews for each competitor

• Put each competitor’s website URL at the top of the page

• Put each competitor in their own section or document

4) Your inquiry replies and follow-up

• Make a document with the exact actual wording of your current email replies to inquiries

• Put any follow-up emails you send after the first reply

• List the cadence you use, for example day 1, day 3, day 7, etc.

• If you have different replies for different situations, include those too

5) Your sales and marketing assets

• Website copy, especially your homepage or main services/weddings page - copy the text into a document

• Any brochures, PDFs, or price lists you use

• Your package descriptions and add-ons

• Your current elevator pitch or “what do you do?” answer

And finally

• If you want, bring notes or FAQs from sales calls

• Write down the most common objections you hear over and over

In addition, please make sure you have active accounts set up for the AI tools we’ll be using. You'll want the paid account so you have all of the features, and all of these offer free trials, so you can cancel any of them afterward if you decide they’re not for you.
